Cook ground beef in skillet until no longer pink, drain, set aside
in same skillet saute up the onions garlic and bell pepper until onions are translucent (about 2-3 mins)
Dump meat, all cans, all veggies, and all spices into a large pot or stock pot
Stir up mixture and let mixture come to a boil
Once chili has come to a boil put heat on low, cover, and let simmer for one hour (or longer if you have the time)
Serve with cheese, sour cream, chips, crackers whatever your heart desires.
