For the sauce
1tbsphoisin sauce
1tbsprice vinegar
1tbspsoy sauce
1/2tspsesame oil or toasted sesame oil
2garlic cloves minced
1/2tspground ginger
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 and line large baking pan with either silicone baking mat or parchment paper
In a medium to large bowl add everything needed for meatballs and mix thoroughly with your hands ( you can use a spoon but I find it mixes better with your hands)
Roll meatballs into about 1 1/2 in balls and place on prepared baking sheet
Place in oven for about 12 minutes or until all sides are browned
While meat balls are cooking, start making your sauce. Mix all ingredients for sauce in a small bowl or just use your measuring cup to cut back on dirty dishes :)
Drizzle sauce over meat balls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds (optional)
Serve with Rice or potatoes
Notes
Panko is a Japanese bread crumb and can be found in the Asian aisle in your grocery
