Mix Active dry yeast, brown sugar and water
together in a mixing bowl for about 5 mins.
Add red velvet cake mix, red food coloring, flour, and salt
Mix well with dough hook, cover and let rise for an hour
Roll out with pin and Combine brown sugar, melted butter,
and cinnamon and sprinkle on batter
Smush the brown sugar mixture into the batter with rolling pin
Roll up long ways and cut about every 2 inches making cinnamon rolls
Unroll and fold over length wise
Arrange in an 8X8 greased pan to look like guts
Cover and let rise for another 45mins
Bake at 350 for about 25mins
Whip up your glaze and drizzle over top
